Walk for Children's Hospital Boston!

This is it! THE fundraiser of the year! We will be joining the Complex Care Services department from Children's Hospital Boston (and LOTS of other people, too) for a great walk along the Charles River in Boston. Definitely a family-friendly event, fun for all.

We'd love for you to join us, in person or in spirit. Here's a link to hear a bit more about Will's story and information on how to get involved:

From there, you can contribute directly to Will's fundraising goals. You can also register yourself as a walker if you will be able to join us in person and want to do some fundraising of your own. Just make sure you also join the "Complex Care Service" team (captain is Laurie Glader) - that way all our t-shirts will match. :)

Yesterday was the Pinewood Derby for Will's Cub Scout Pack. Naturally, here's the video...

Santa's Visit

Just when you think I'll never blog again, here is a new post! (only 6 months since the last one, not bad, eh?)

Anyway, here's some pictures of Santa visiting our Christmas party last weekend. Darn, I had to go "run some errands" so I missed seeing Santa in person. (wink, wink) Will was a little sad that Daddy missed Santa, but I was lucky to meet him in the parking lot on my way back in - that cheered Will up a bit. :)

Mohawk Party!

Will's last day of kindergarten (wow!) was celebrated by a party at one of his friend's house. The featured attraction was free mohawks for all the boys (its the latest thing here in Methuen, I guess). Woohoo! Here he is freshly sheared:Mohawks for everyone!!!
